  • The Paleo Diet is basically going back to how our ancestors lived and ate a.k.a the "hunter & gather way" which means you eat fruits, veggies, meat, fish, nuts (not peanuts), eggs, but excluded the more processed foods we also eat today. Paleo is basically gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and excludes most processed oils. Here is a good chart to look at.
