When we were getting ready to leave, we smelt this delicious aroma and we discovered that is was coming from a small stand selling sugar-coated nuts. A few of us bought the biggest bags that they had and munched on them while traveling the long distance back to school. When I finally finished my bag, I decided that it couldn't possibly that hard to make them myself and I found a recipe online. I ended up taking a container to school & shared them with my friends in chemistry class who were taking them by the handfuls.
I though about making them again, but when I went looking for the recipe it was nowhere to be found.
I remember that the recipe was really simple with 1 egg white, cinnamon, sugar, and you cooked it on low for like 1 hour. I found a few recipes, but they weren't like the once I used until I came across this recipe. This is a great recipe for the holidays and to package to give as gifts or party favors.

Just baked these almonds this morning and they are amazing! :-) I couldn't help but eat a handful while they were cooling. Thanks so much for uploading the recipe Rayna!
