The question I have is that I am going to make it on Christmas Eve to serve on Christmas. What is the best way to keep it after I make it? In the fridge? And should I put anything over it? I used almond meal instead of graham crackers for the crust, and almond extract instead of the vanilla. It was nice and smooth. I liked that it only called for three bars of cream cheese (everything else seemed to need five, and I didn't want to run to the store!), and not a ton of sugar.
